Our
units can accommodate from 1-4 and offer a wide selection of beautifully
decorated condominiums that provide all the amenities of home. Each condo has a
fully furnished kitchen including blender, coffee maker, microwave, and
refrigerator. Spacious living accommodations provide cable TV, DVD/vcr player,
and telephone. Every unit is also outfitted with a washer and dryer, hair dryer,
iron and ironing board, clock radio and ceiling fans. For you convenience and to
be able to stay in touch we also offer high speed wireless internet. From your
private lanai or patio, you'll enjoy a view of the beautifully manicured
landscape and from some units an ocean view as well.

The up to date calendar is on the Vacation Internationale secure
site so we're unable to post or link to it. About 70% of
our business comes from cancellations and from "fills"
from waitlists we request for our guests. So even if we
don't have availability right now, we very well may be able to
accommodate you.

The
Papakea Association Of Apartment Owners (AOAO) has approved an exterior
concrete reconstruction project for all the buildings, known as spalling,
which involves jack hammering and generates a lot of noise and dust.The
spalling project will start in April 2012 and is expected to last
until November 2014. The contractor has agreed to not work between
the end of December and early April during the three (3) years the
project will take to be completed.The
work hours are scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday
through Friday, excluding U.S. national
holidays. VI has taken the precaution of ensuring affected
units will remain vacant during the spalling to reduce the potential
impact on our owners and guests. As with most construction
projects the schedule is subject to change without notice due to weather
conditions and other uncontrollable factors.
Check-in: The check-in for Papakea is
located at the Valley Isle Resort, 4327 Lower Honoapiilani Road,
Lahaina, HI 96767. Valley Isle check-in office hours are 8:00am -
5:00pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00am - 9:00pm Friday through
Sunday. For late arrivals, please call Valley Isle for check-in
procedures at 1.800.262.4048.
VI Staff: There are no VI personnel onsite;
concerns should be directed to the front desk. They, in turn, will
contact the VI staff located at the Valley Isle resort if necessary.
Air Conditioning: The units do not have air
conditioning, but are equipped with ceiling fans.
Accommodations/Lodging Tax: As required by
state and local regulations, this nightly tax rate is based on
condominium size and season.
Views: Most units have garden views.
A few have ocean views.
WIFI: WIFI internet is available, at no cost in all
units.
